One more mild day ahead before a November chill settles in for the weekend

Yesterday was dreary with occasional light showers. It did stay mild, however, with an official high of 74°. Today will be the last in our pleasant stretch of mild days. Expect a partly sunny afternoon after this morning's dense fog burns off. Highs will be right around 70°. Tonight will turn chilly with lows in the lower 40s. A stray shower is still possible today and tomorrow as a few spokes of energy rotate through New England, but it should stay mainly dry through the weekend.
