A 32-year-old man suffered head and leg injuries Thursday night when a driver hit him as he was crossing a Cumberland County street, police said.The pedestrian was crossing the 1000 block of the Harrisburg Pike in Middlesex Township around 8:35 p.m. when a southbound driver headed toward Carlisle hit him, police Chief Andrew Bassler said.
